I'm a lazy blogger. Apparently not just as a blogger, but also in other fields I’m a big procrastinator. The last time I opened this blog was, emmm last month if I’m not mistaken, while the last post I made was in..... July last year. WHAT. Gila bruh.
In that interval of time there were a lot of events I passed without sharing it here. Let's see what we got here; the last time I wrote was last July, means when I was on my summer holiday in Indonesia. Summer holidays is the most unproductive time of my year and after that winter holiday is following in the list. So I will leave it to that. In September, I came back to the lovely Zonguldak, kömür kokulu memleketim (google that). Well, I'm supposed to sum up my 2nd and 3rd semester in university as what I’ve written in the title.
Before getting into the 3rd semester let’s just have a look at what I’ve done in 2nd semester. There were 9 subjects and 2 of them were non face to face subjects (means we can follow up from the internet; uzaktan egitim). I passed the entire subject with average marks. No remedy. The marks and the GPA is better than the 1st semester but still my GPA couldn’t reach 3 in that semester, because I think I still couldn’t get used to Turkish words (BOOO!). But, there were this one subject that I was afraid of at the beginning of semester (click here to read my post about first semester), which was Ticaret Hukuku (commercial law) but turned out at the end I got BA from that subject. Hehe. Aferin kendime.
And then the summer holiday. It went so well, the highlight of the year. Although it passed so quickly no one knows why.
The 3rd semester started really normally. Like there was no special new spirit, supposed that I’ve been on holiday. Nope. There was 8 subjects, I went to classes (more than last semesters) and from the first week of semester to mid-term it was only 4 weeks. And I studied. Köpek gibi. I started to study earlier because I was just in mood for studying hahaha. And surprisingly I got nice marks. Paid off!!
From the mid-term to final exams I got 3 weeks and guess what, a week before the exams I went on a holiday for a full week to Istanbul, Izmir, and Konya with my friend who is studying in England, Mbak Dilla (you can read the article about it here in her blog) NEKATTT! When I came to Zonguldak I caught cold too unfortunately. Tired, sick, and exam weeks. Nice combination isn’t it? But thank God the marks that I got are so good; in fact my GPA is 3 point something. Thank God once again.
So, that’s all about my second and third semester here in Bulent Ecevit University in Zonguldak. Now I’m on my winter holiday, broke. Hahaha. My mom offered me to go home but no thanks Mom. Winter break has always been a pain for me, especially when you don’t have family around. You got nothing to do, everyone is going home, and it is too cold if you wanna go somewhere. But its either you go somewhere or you stay in dorm and rot. At the next post I'm coming with more pictures from my holiday.
